MY PROFESSIONAL JOURNEY
From the beginning
to sharing knowledge.
Behind the experience are years of teaching, learning and meeting people.
01 / FINDING MY CALLINGMy first classes.
Sport has been part of my life since childhood, but I initially planned a career in technology and IT. While training to become a fitness instructor, I was already given the opportunity to teach classes in Dunakeszi. That was when I realised that working with people and teaching were the right path for me.
I qualified as an aerobics coach in 2004 and a bodybuilding coach in 2005 at Fitness Akadémia. I later taught classes at venues including A1 Wellness, Colosseum Fitness, Vasas and Oxygen Wellness.
02 / 2006–2010Australia: a new perspective.
I moved to Australia at the end of 2006, continued my fitness studies locally and worked as an aerobics instructor and personal trainer. My 2008 Fitness Australia qualification covered personal training, group classes and exercise for older adults.
I returned to Hungary in 2010 and continued working at Oxygen Wellness in Újpest, where I later spent three and a half years as fitness manager.
03 / TEACHING CLASSES AND EDUCATING TRAINERSTurning experience into practical knowledge.
I have taught at fitness events in Hungary and abroad, and continue to teach at events in Hungary. At home, I have taught on the stages of FitBalance and FittAréna. I taught on Fitness Akadémia's aerobics coach training programme for several years and also teach at IWI today. My own courses and workshops are available through FitUniversum.
In my courses, I share practical methods, from building choreography to clear class delivery. This approach runs through my Cardio Fight, Aero Step and Functional Step materials.
04 / OUR SHARED VENTUREFitUniversum, with Petra.
My partner, Zupán Petra, and I created FitUniversum to support trainers with quality, practical learning materials. We built an online platform where you can learn at your own pace. Our blended courses combine online preparation with in-person practice. ProZone provides this professional development pathway.
GrowZone is a space for personal development and more purposeful movement. It is for anyone who wants to better understand and improve how they move, whether as a trainer or a fitness enthusiast.

05 / GENERATIONS AND COMMUNITIESFitGeneration: sharing the experience.
Community movement has long been part of my work: I launched the Mozdulj Dunakeszi outdoor programme and taught classes as part of it.
With FitGeneration, my aim is to help young people discover the joy of movement and healthier living through enjoyable experiences. I want to help them find activities they like, so they choose to move because they want to.
In health education, we look for a sustainable balance: everyday habits that may support health and reduce the risk of lifestyle-related disease. Through young people, we also want to reach parents and involve them in this learning.
As a first step, we are preparing a corporate-supported movement and health programme for secondary schools, free for schools. The aim is to strengthen health awareness in families and local communities through young people.
